Hi, I'm Rafael!

My favorite part of being a real estate agent is meeting people, and guiding them through the buying or selling process. As well as making a friend that they can trust. I am a United States Air Force Veteran with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and I'm fluent in Spanish. I have been a real estate agent for 19 years and I hold a CRS certification (Certified Residential Specialist). I am a customer-driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. I am also an expert in all the 55 + communities available in my area. I have extensive knowledge of neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance, inspection, and amenities information. I'm a 40-year resident of Broward County. My advice to anyone considering a move to a community is to visit the communities that you are interested in, view the properties available within budget, and research all the community amenities that suit you the best, before making a decision.
